3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

Create an account with a valid email address
Be at least 16 years of age
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

New users receive 3 free credits upon registration
1 credit is consumed each time you create or edit a CV
Additional credits can be purchased through our platform
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Unused credits do not expire

5. Payments and Refunds

Credit purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree that:

All purchases are final and non-refundable
Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
Fraudulent purchases may result in account termination

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you:

7. Acceptable Use

Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
Share account credentials with others
Upload content containing malware or harmful code
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by MobileCV.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. Our templates and AI technology are proprietary.

CVs generated using our Service may be used freely by you for personal and professional purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
CVs will guarantee employment or interviews
AI-generated content will be 100% accurate
The Service will meet all your specific requirements

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all CV content before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileCV.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse the Service or other users

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.
